Feb. 6, 2018 - 2FM Letter Grants Consulting Party Status
This letter from Kevin Laberge of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management (2FM) received on Feb. 14, 2018, is to notify interested individuals and organizations whether or not they have been accepted as "consulting parties" to the Section 106 review. Letter states that 2FM "anticipates holding a consulting party meeting toward the end of February 2018" and will provide one-to-two week advance notice of this meeting.

Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Informs Illinois Housing Development Authority that SHPO cannot issue "project clearance" (which the SHPO did twice in 2016). The Council also reminds the IHDA that you cannot have a Section 106 review without "consultation" (which they also did).
